Why did you wake up today? Did your job make you? Your child chiming hello?

Whatever the reason, YOU WOKE UP.

Today I woke up only because my daughter yelled “mama!!” Without that, I would’ve just not moved. I would laid there. In my own depression.

Find a reason. Even the smallest one. Change it everyday. Does the garden need tending? That’s why you’re awake. Not because you have to, but because you need to.
