trying something new , and I have had great success with this so I wanted to share with all of you.
every night , make a goal or goals for the next day . Write it down , and after it’s done cross it off . Its something so simple , yet feels so good to be able to cross off your accomplishment each day . So often we set large goals like “ buy a house” or “ take a trip to Spain” but forget to acknowledge that the small steps we take to get there are accomplishments as well !
Or we make a mental to do list a mile long , and feel defeated when we don’t accomplish it . Recognize the small wins as wins .
